Practice oriented workshops

During the two one-day workshops, managers assess their own wellbeing, set goals, and define actions to improve both their own and their team members’ wellbeing. They make personal commitments and create practical plans to apply these in daily work. The workshops use tasks, analysis, questionnaires, and hands-on exercises to make learning engaging and effective. The content is based on over a decade of leadership development experience and integrates Gallup’s holistic approach to wellbeing.

Follow-ups

Follow-up sessions

Following the workshops, managers participate in paired coaching sessions designed to turn their wellbeing goals into action. These sessions focus on tracking individual commitments made during the workshops, supporting self-reflection on progress and challenges, and formulating new goals that align with both personal and team wellbeing. Through regular check-ins, participants build accountability and momentum, ensuring that wellbeing becomes a sustained part of their leadership practice.
